 5 ice cubes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup wateror coconut water for added sweetness
 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Protein Option
2 tbsp chia &/or hemp seeds (soak for 5 minutes in just enough water or non-dairy milk to cover the seeds completely prior to blending)
1 scoop of your favorite Protein Powder - Vanilla or Natural
Creamy Options
 1 small slice of avocado
 ¼ cup frozen cauliflower
 ¼ cup frozen zucchini
Directions
1

If using chia or hemp seeds, soak them in just enough water or almond milk to cover them completely. Set aside to set.

2

Blend your raspberries, ice cubes, non-dairy milk, water/coconut water, vanilla, and any of your "creamy options". If low on liquid, add 1 tbsp of water/milk at a time (you’ll need more liquid if the blade whirls the ingredients to the sides of blender and doesn’t catch the mixture).

3

Blend until just smooth and then add the seeds and/or protein powder. Blend again for about 10-15 seconds or until fully blended.
